 If you are considering contacting TARGET Archaeological Geophysics regarding a survey the following information will allow us to make an accurate estimate on scheduling and costs for individual projects:
- Details relating to size / area of survey: ha / acres / m2.
- Ground conditions: mature crop / short pasture / heavy plough / tarmac / concrete.
- Any significant obstructions, which may impact on progress of fieldwork.
- Ease of access to survey area.
Projects generally range from 1 - 100 hectares in size, with 2 hectare
surveys usually completed within 1 day, and 100 hectare surveys of
reconnaissance and detailed sampling lasting 2 - 3 weeks. Report
submission is generally within 1 week of fieldwork completion on projects
up to 40 hectares in size, and two weeks for projects up to 100
hectares.
